All orders will be shipped from Germany using DHL or UPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Remember that as soon as the delivery is handed to the courier, shipping times are an estimate and out of our control. 

Tracking 

Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking number via mail. 

Taxes and Duties

Ethereal & Eternal will not be responsible for any occurring taxes and duties. 

Returns

Please shop consciously and responsibly. We are trying to avoid returns as much as possible, so if you have any questions regarding your item of choice, do not hesitate to contact us. 

If you are unhappy with your product or have another reason to return your order please send us a message at info@etherealandeternal.com 

The customer is responsible for the cost of return. We advise you to use tracked and insured shipping methods.

 

Further Policies

For any lost, stolen or damaged packages please contact the courier used for your shipment, as Ethereal & Eternal is no longer responsible for any shipped orders. 
German orders, that are returning because of

• Refusal of delivery,
• Missing name on door bell,
• Wrong address or
• Not picking up the order from e.g. the post office

will result in us reducing your refund by 5€. 
All international orders returning for these reasons cannot be refunded as they will be abandoned by the courier.
